TNEA 2016 Cut Off Marks

Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) is conducted by Anna University every year to enroll students into engineering degree. It is a procedure through which admissions to various engineering courses at Tamilnadu colleges are done based on the students cut off marks. The cut off mark is the average mark scored by a student in his/her class 12th board exam or any other equivalent exam. The students are selected and admitted to the engineering colleges across the state of Tamilnadu as per the guidelines under TNEA 2016 Counseling process. TNEA (Tamilnadu Engineering Admission) Counselling 2016 will be conducted on the basis of candidates merit and their communal reservation.

Eligibility Criteria For TNEA 2016

A candidate applying for TNEA must have passed 12th board exam or any other equivalent exam with 50% aggregate marks. Must be a physics, chemistry and mathematics group student in 12th. Admissions will be based on their cut off marks obtained in the past 12th board examination.
